Hi, I edited an "avi" format video, on "Sony Vegas 8.0" and saved it to my desktop. But when I go into "properties", it says the video is 1.5Gig. My video is only 6 minutes long and I want to post it on youtube. Any idea why it is so large, and how I can shrink it, becuase it is only 6 minutes, and very low quality.

well you need to change the file type first of all. Export to an MPEG-2 file if there isn't too much camera movement, if there is then save to a .mov file. Also you need to change the size of the video to 320X240.
