i installed a video add on a while ago. i wasn't even aware iu did it. but now, i keep getting pop ups and little bubbles from my computer telling me to do a scan. well, i did one, and found out that it was the video add on. but after i do the scan there is no button to delte the infected files. so, i went to my computer, and found the video add on folder, but it wont let me delte it? how can i get rid of it?!!? thanks.

it's mostly the zlob trojan downloader, a real pain to get rid of sometimes, run a full scan of an updated AV or anti spyware program and disable system restore to make sure it doesn't come back.
