FOLLOW UP on converting cell phone video to Powerpoint--go to question at bottom of comments, please

Here was my first question:

I have a nice cellphone video with sound, but when I put it in Powerpoint, I lose the sound. How do I get that sound to be in the Powerpoint presentation?

Here are the answers:

A. Yes you can put cell phone video with sound in powerpoint.

First you need to do is go to this page http://www.doanload.com and search for a program that converts cellphones format to .avi and then put it in powerpoint. i do it all the time. good luckYour cell phone video format is probably not compatible with PowerPoint.

B. First I would check to see if the video/sounds works great in Windows Media Player. If that is ok, check to see what format the video/sound are encoded as. You may need to convert the video to a new format. To do this you can use Windows Movie Maker. Save it as a WMV.

Followup:

Once I find that my cellphone video works in Windows Media Player, how do I save it as a WMV? I don鈥檛 know how to do that. Do I have to buy something? Help!

Just see if it is Playable in WMP 11; If it is, then Save in WMP 11; Thats all.
